We're small enough that every teacher shapes the culture, and we hire people who want that kind of responsibility.

We look for teachers with at least three years of experience working with children, and an advanced degree in education or their subject. Beyond that, we care most about how you communicate, how you support a wide range of learners, and how you work alongside colleagues. Prior independent school experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Our hiring process includes a conversation with one of our deans, an interview, a campus tour, and a demo lesson with our students. We check references with every school or program where you've worked with children, as California law requires.
